Our regular worship time is 10:00 AM every Sunday. We use a variety of musical styles to reflect the diversity of God’s people, so that the Good News of the Gospel can reach into all the world.

We’re located at 3714 W. Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33618.

We have plenty of parking, including spaces designated for guests. You can enter the Sanctuary on Sunday morning through the VERIFY: entrance name — “breezeway” is outdated, and Connections is not identifiable from the exterior or via the doors visible from the parking lot.

We are a community open to all. Jeans and suits are equally welcome.

A nursery is available for children 4 years and younger during our worship service. Older children are warmly welcome in worship, and are invited to Children’s Chapel after the Family Message.

Children are invited to begin worship with the congregation. On Sundays, after the Family Message, they may leave for Children’s Chapel if you decide that is best for your family, and return before the Peace — knowing they are an important part of the body of Christ.

We do not hold a traditional Sunday school. Jesus met people where they were — in their homes, at their workplaces, around tables, and along the road. As the church, we are called to do the same: listening carefully to the needs of our families and adapting our approach so that faith can grow in meaningful and accessible ways. Our goal is not to preserve a particular program or tradition — it is to nurture faith and help children and families encounter Christ.

We also hold a Vacation Bible School for children ages 3 through 5th grade, a middle-school Day Camp (6th–8th grades) on campus staffed by college camp counselors, a high school mission trip, and a week of camp at Luther Springs, the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Camp near Ocala.

Confirmation

If your child is in 6th–8th grade (or older) and has not yet been confirmed, we invite you to join us. Confirmation is a one-year program designed to deepen your child’s understanding of the Lutheran faith while working with the busy lives of middle school families. Please let us know if you are interested.

We celebrate Holy Communion (also called the Eucharist and the Lord’s Supper) at most every worship service. The Lord’s Table is open to all who come in faith.

A diversity of denominations make up what the world knows as “Christianity.” Most all denominations stand together in accepting the risen Jesus of Nazareth as God’s Son, who has come to bring fullness of life in God’s Spirit. Being “Lutheran” is being a follower of Jesus with the freedom, faith, and grace that took center stage in the life of Martin Luther (1483–1546) — a “heritage of Grace” that is a defining mark of being Lutheran. Lutherans shape our life together as a church by standing in the Great Tradition of the historic confessions of the church, and by moving forward with renewing, reforming innovation. These confessional documents are built on our firm belief that we are saved by the grace of God alone — not by anything we do; our salvation is through faith alone — we only need to trust God, made known in Christ, whose promise is forgiveness, life, and salvation; and the Bible is the norm for faith and life — the true standard by which teachings and doctrines are to be judged.
